Vapor Pen market share in Illinois
When we look at Vapor Pen market share in this graph, it's pretty clear that Pennsylvania is the leader with more than 1/3 of sales going to this category. However, it's not entirely fair to compare this value since several popular categories are not available in the PA market, namely Beverages, Edibles, and Pre-Rolls. If we remove PA from this analysis, we see that Illinois has the highest market share to Vapor Pens. Illinois cannabis customers spent more than a quarter of their total spend over the previous six months on vapes, and they're willing to pay top dollar. The average item price of a Vapor Pen product in Illinois over the same time period was $48.73, only lower than the average price in Pennsylvania ($49.56) and Massachusetts ($53.15).
