More and more these days, our politicians are starting to speak out and write bills that are aimed at making cannabis legal, safer, sensibly regulated, and accessible. At the same time our politicians are striving (at least in rhetoric) to make a positive shift towards remedying past wrongs that have ill-affected many poor and minority communities in decades past—this might be where Federal legalization actually starts happening.
